Product Head - HRMS Product & Architecture Team
Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Vision :
- Collaborate with senior management to define the long-term product vision for the HRMS platform, ensuring it aligns with the organization's strategic goals and meets the needs of HR teams and end users.
HRMS Architecture :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the HRMS platform, focusing on scalability, performance, and security while ensuring the platform is adaptable to future HR technology trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with product managers, business leaders, and engineering teams to define the product roadmap and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Product Roadmap & Delivery :
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and feature definition to implementation and ongoing iteration, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HRMS features on time.
Customer-Centric Development :
- Focus on user feedback, ensuring that HRMS features address the real-world challenges faced by HR teams. Champion product features that improve the user experience and deliver business value.
Team Leadership :
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and technical goals.
Tech Stack and Platform Evolution :
- Oversee the architecture of the HRMS product, ensuring it stays relevant with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and is adaptable to growth and new requirements.
Integration & Ecosystem:
-Ensure seamless integration with other internal systems and third-party HR solutions, enabling a unified experience for users across the platform.
Innovation & Trends :
- Keep up with the latest trends in HR technology and ensure the HRMS platform is continuously evolving with cutting-edge features like AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
Stakeholder Management :
- Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders (HR, IT, business units) to gather feedback, align on priorities, and ensure that product development is aligned with business needs.
Security & Compliance :
- Ensure the platform complies with HR data privacy regulations and follows best practices for security and compliance.
