Grade: Pan-India Manager (Senior Management)
Position Title: All India Product Head – Gold Coins
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- New business development for Gold Coins in potential markets.
- Revenue generation through new and existing business.
- Sourcing & Management of corporate accounts.
- Team handling and motivation.
- Charting out business plans & setting targets.
- Intermediary between marketing department and branches with respect to marketing material distribution and proper usage.
- People Management.
- Process Development and innovation.
- Driving sales effort through regional co-ordinators.
- Ownership of distribution and stocking of Gold Coins for sales through branches.
Expectations:
- Must have extensive business development experience in Bullion products (Gold/Silver Coins/Bars, Other precious Metals) in banking or NBFC.
- Must have extensive experience in corporate selling.
- Experience of handling business of braches across India from corporate office.
- Willing to travel to different regions to meet with regional coordinators.
