Job Profile :
- As Product Manager, manage product portfolio for the category.
- Target setting, annual & monthly basis.
- Product Forecasting, Profit Management by managing correct product mix.
- Monitoring performance (sell-in & sell-out) on daily basis and deciding on inputs & support.
- Managing Branch wise, Weekly & Monthly targets & evaluation on daily basis.
- Managing Monthly Channel Schemes from designing, expense management to implementation.
- Analyzing Channel and Market Share, Competition mapping and counter measures, along with Product planning team.
- Track market trends and competition through data analysis & customer /market visits, develop and execute strategy to drive market shares in all channels including modern trade.
- Inventory management, Managing Long Term Inventory, planning Festival period Inventory.
- Coordinate with R&D / Technical and allied teams on product development & process.
- Support product launches, conduct train-the-trainer sessions and review post launch status.
