Product Head - Electrical Vehicle Charging

- To lead & coordinate sales strategies and business development with select current and potential Co's customers, acting as the lead contact for selected product suppliers, manufacturers and representation firms, and working as the product manager for new and existing product lines.

Primary Duties:

Business Development:

- Make customer sales calls outlining Co's products, capabilities, and value added services.

- Assist account managers in identifying customer needs, performing competitive analyses and negotiating final bid/project proposal requirements.

- Create Co's alliances with end-user accounts that have existing and future cabling and network hardware needs driving products under our umbrella of capabilities.

Work closely with manufacturer's representatives to:

- Identify strategic alignment opportunities. Conduct research to identify new customers and sales opportunities, initiate contact, and deliver presentations to key decision makers.

- Establish territory business plans with major suppliers, partners, and representation agencies.

Product Management - 

- Evaluate and direct current and new inventory plans to ensure consistency with industry changes.

- Monitor all projects within territory, tracking competition, researching incumbent products, vendors, and contractors.

- Monitor stock quantities for consistency with customer demand.

Qualification And Experience - 

1. MBA with minimum of 10 years of manufacturing, distribution, and/or consulting experience in the Electrical Manufacturing industry.

2. Familiarity with installation, product, warranty & systems certifications, major cable training, connectivity & hardware manufacturers (RCDD preferred)
