- The Product Manager will serve as the business lead for e-learning products focused on designing and driving the strategic direction and development of that category.
- Identify needs and pain points of employees in global organizations related to learning and career advancement and translate those insights into impactful product innovations
- Design, deliver and manage a product roadmap for IT products.
- Responsible for and measured against revenue, growth, release dates, and budget management.
- Establishing short, medium, and long-term strategy for the scale-up of the business
- Understand the company's strategic goals and competitive position and establish a shared product vision across the organization
- Enable a continuous stream of 'voice of the consumer' in partnership with CX & Marketing.
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas
- Obtains product market share by working with the sales director to develop product sales strategies.
- Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap
- Understand & update Competitive landscape, Customer satisfaction, Customer segments, Industry reports and trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define roles & responsibilities
- Enable higher profitability or revenue or market share by incrementally improving the business: making calculated changes in processes, selecting additions to the portfolio of businesses, or growing the business organically
