- Translation of key business objectives, short & long- term strategies into product roadmaps, business cases & execution charters for the product organization.
- Development of in-depth understanding of in-scope sectors, markets and associated market potential, regulations and customer needs and competition
- Monitoring & review of the product organization's performance against defined targets, re-alignment of the strategic imperatives as & when required and management of deviations from operating plan
- Execution of product roadmaps, definition of product specifications, and qualify product readiness
- Drive achievement of targets and KPIs set for the product and innovation organization
- Provide strategic direction to the Product Development function in growing product portfolio.
- Partner with sales & operations teams to build synergies and opportunities for inclusive growth strategies
- Drive execution of short-term and long-term product sales forecast and strategy; Recommend pricing and feature offering, marketing strategies and positioning to increase overall revenue
- Leverage & maintain relationships with key government authorities & leadership at network partners in order to ensure business growth with respective networks and alliances
- Identification of opportunities and alliances with government bodies / divisions to include them in product scope
- Deploy strategies to grow acceptance ecosystem of existing and new products through partnerships, alliances & greater enablement.
- Achievement of organizational revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, market share and other business metrics
