Product Head - EdTech

We are executing a leadership role of Head- Product with one of the leading E-learning company based in Delhi/NCR.

The KRA's would be:

- Lead strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio.

- Define and align the vision, strategy, and roadmap to establish the company's direction.

- Innovate and present visionary ideas, occasionally to investors or analysts.

- Manage strategic partnerships and represent the company with strategic customers, press, and analysts.

The desirable would be:

- MBA/ B.Tech combination is preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of software.

- At least 5 years of leadership experience in managing product teams, scaling them to growth.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR/EdTech/learning software space.

- Excellent people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness.

- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills.
