JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Product Head

Experience: 1 Year

Location: Mumbai

Job Title: Product Head

Job Description:

The Product Lead will drive new product initiatives for www.thatspersonal.com. The candidate will live and breathe the product and will need to understand our customers better than anyone. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, has proven product management experience and is fast-paced and results driven.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall User Experience, Content and Design which include:

- Determine the product strategy including design & development. Analyze and prioritize projects or features. Be accountable for timely execution including cost negotiation and timeframes with both internal and external development teams.

- Generate new product ideas, enhancements to the existing platform and user experience. Plan a monthly, quarterly and yearly product roadmap. Interface with all relevant stake holders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches.

- Manage the technical team to get the best out of the Magento platform including adding new modules and new plugins. Supervise technical development.

- Lead the content team, UX team and QC team to deliver high User Experience.

- Collate and analyze key data on various features and share key findings. Define, monitor and improve key product metrics.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Minimum two years hands on Product Management experience with any leading Internet or E-commerce initiative in India.

- Proficient in user experience design. An eye for detail, with the ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats.

- Technical product management experience preferred with proven ability to create business cases, detailed functional specifications and design documents, with an excellent track record of developing and launching online products. Work Experience on - Magento- would be an added advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment. Positive, pro-active attitude with a will to deliver quickly.

- Experience across online marketing, content development and mobile technology would be an added advantage

- Team building and team management skill sets.
