- Improving User experience: Manage and work to improve the end-to-end user experience of the desktop and mobile sites of the company through an effective understanding of customer needs.
- New product introductions: Arrive at new product ideas and launch them by working effectively with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Technology, Care, Creative)
- Improving Quality: Understanding customer issues/ opportunities to improve quality of products and work with cross-functional teams to implement actions, and improve NPS scores.
- Understanding Customers: Conduct Consumer meetings or research to understand customer needs on new and existing products to drive pricing and functionality decisions, including competitive understanding, customer surveys, industry knowledge etc.
- Analytics: Identify customer opportunities from analytics to increase conversions rate, repeat rate and order values
- Goal: Meet Conversions & Revenue goals. And as a member of the India leadership team, have joint accountability of the P&L for India.
Qualifications:
- 6 - 12 years work experience (Experience in e-commerce managing products is necessary)
- Postgraduate degree from a premier institute
- Has a deep desire to understand customers and comes up with ideas and opportunities to delight customers.
- High energy and self-initiative, has a mindset to arrive at solutions to customer problems
- Proven capability of product management and product marketing, UX best practices
- Strong grasp of numbers - the ability to partner with Analytics
