Key Responsibilities
- Establishing short, medium, and long-term strategy for the scale-up of the business
- Understand the company's strategic goals and competitive position and establish shared product vision across the organization
- Work with Category to enhance the attractiveness of the products present online
- Improve Site Performance through the power of intelligence & analytics
- Define & put in place suitable performance management metrics & reporting structure to monitor performance against set objectives.
- Continuously improving customer experience on RM's various digital interfaces
- Power to Consumers - encourage more users to use their mobile devices to discover us and connect
- Enable a continuous stream of 'voice of the consumer' in partnership with CX & Marketing
- Deploy best in class technology systems across the board towards driving operational efficiencies
- Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap
- Create new offerings by demonstrating cohesive end-to-end thinking, to set the offering approach & strategy
- Manage requirements by effectively finetuning them based on engagement with customers, cross-functional teams, outside 3rd parties & leadership.
- Understand & update Competitive landscape, Customer satisfaction, Customer segments, Industry reports, and trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define roles & responsibilities
- Create & manage the product portfolio for the business
- Enable higher profitability or revenue or market share by incrementally improving the business: making calculated changes in processes, selecting additions to the portfolio of businesses, or growing the business organically
- Overall responsibility for the operations of the business; setting & ensuring standards of excellence
