Position: Product Head - Digital Retail Lending
Location - BKC Mumbai
Digital Lending - The ideal candidate will drive the strategic vision, product roadmap, and operational execution to propel our Lending Suite to the forefront of the industry. This role encompasses P&L responsibility, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional leadership to ensure the success and growth of our Lending Business. You would play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction, development, and success of Lending products and services, while ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and delivering value to customers and stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Building digital lending product journeys with Sprint Planning & Management for development, designing and marketing the Digital Lending journey.
- End to end Project Management for launching new to bank digital Lending product journeys.
- Understanding best in Market Practices in Digital Lending, enhanced or new APIs, data availability with DSPs, target markets to match the demand & supply.
- Management of Digital Lending Products and internal stakeholders like collections, marketing, Operations, customer servicing etc.
- Ensuring & improving Customer Experience and innovating market first offerings in the Digital Journeys with a clear understanding of API stack.
- Adhering to all regulatory requirements of Digital Lending, Banking, Customer Servicing, Risk, Infrastructure Architecture & Enterprise Risk.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their goals and contribute effectively to the organization's success.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and investors, to gather feedback, gain alignment, and drive collaboration towards common goals.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with third-party vendors, fintech firms, and industry stakeholders to expand product offerings and reach new market segments.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Recommend process automation in order to improve service efficiency.
- Laisse with the tech team to achieve successful technology integration with external partners and hence achieve faster TATs for partner go live.
- Work close with all risk functions to ensure the product and portfolio is compliant with all applicable risk and compliance norms.
