Product Head - Credit Underwriting/Credit Policy - Loans - NBFC

Reporting to Head-Credit Strategy shall be responsible for Innovation in Credit/Underwriting Process Strategy for assigned Products thru:

- Driving Digitization & Imaging

- Reducing Touch points

- Taking the process closer to customer

- Ensure consistent delivery even in Deep geo locations

- Usage of new technology / Fintech vendors

- Reducing TAT

- Standardization of processes

Candidate Profile :

- CA/ MBA - Finance with 8-10 years' experience in a Bank or NBFC in Credit Underwriting/ Credit Policy formulation /Risk Management / retail asset business.
