Role : Product Head - Credit Cards

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Credit Cards & Payment Products including new product development.

- Establishing strategic partnerships to launch new products

- Innovating & designing market leading and innovative offerings in the Payments business

- Create new concepts / offerings for defined customer segments

Additionally, responsible for :

- Alternate Channel Sales (telemarketing & online acquisitions)

- Direct Sales Support

- Revenue Enhancement products

- Customer life-cycle management & Upgrades

Requirements :

- MBA with 12-18 years experience in Banking / Financial Services

- Extensive experience in the Credit Card domain

- Product development experience is a must
