Product Head - Consumer Lending


- The individual will play a key role in building the customer onboarding and experience journey.


- S/he will work on building Next-gen Digital Products & Capabilities for Customer and Lead Acquisition.


- S/he will be responsible for building the product roadmap and execution, managing quarterly goals working closely with design, business, engineering, and marketing.


- The person will be working on segments across growth, engagement, personalization, and customer experience.

- S/he will have the experience of launching new products to market and managing the full product development lifecycle - building from scratch, learning iteratively through product discovery, and coordinating continuous delivery of value.

Key Roles/ Responsibilities:

- End-to-end responsibility across the product life cycle -

- Product Ownership: Work on coalitions aligned with an ambitious roadmap and delivering high ROI scalable solutions for the business.

- Product & Project management: Document, Design, Build Frameworks and Workflows and Manage rollout of different features. Build a highly scalable app architecture.

- Problem solver and user experience enthusiast, who has worked on Customer journeys in Mobile apps and Websites, Payments, APIs, Process automation and enhancements, and Vendor Solution Integrations.

- User Acquisition & Onboarding: Build and personalize the app homepage to cater to user-specific segments and improve the homepage-to-user ratio

- Customer experience: Build a thorough understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

- User Growth: Build an engagement engine, and create growth loops through programs, thereby scaling the user base.

- GTM & Product launches: Use an evidence-based approach, carry out Market Requirement analysis, and carry out Competitive Analysis to understand customer and market behavioursto identify new opportunities and launch new solutions to grow the business.

- Measure: Identify goals and metrics to drive prioritization and timely delivery of products and experiments. Develop a set of KPIs and reporting and analytics to monitor, and report product trends. Iterate based on insights from your analysis to continuously improve upon KPIs.

Qualification and Work Experience:

- Expertise in launching Features on Mobile Apps and Websites

- Experience in unsecured lending would be required.

- Between 8 - 10 years of work experience of which 4 - 5 years should be purely product focused

- Experience in quickly identifying customer problems and driving decision-making through customer empathy, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.

- Experience in unsecured lending would be required.

- Great product and business instincts, highly analytical and data-oriented, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to identify behavioural insights.
