Job Description:

- Foolproof mechanism of market sensing system building, maintenance & Execution

- Preparation of annual business plan for the entire range of the Product Category as per the overall strategic direction of the management

- Prepare model wise sales planning & forecasting (Monthly, Quarterly)

- Responsible for market share, quantities, value and gross margin targets for the product category

- Responsible for negotiating with HQ for quantities and price, billing to national level distributors based on the commitment from the Regional Sales Managers

- Required to provide inputs to “Marketing Function” for channel schemes and channel promos. Planning & managing inventories under norms

- Ensure proper implementation of the schemes

Desirable Profile:

Candidate should be a graduate from premium institute with min 12 years of experience in Product Management.
