Major responsibility is to build General / Health Insurance business in the Bank along with other TPP Products and Services.
Owning and delivering GI and HI Revenue & Premium Budget for the Bank.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with Zones/Partners on Strategy for Product Programs, Customer Segments, Target Markets, Pricing, Process, Digital Initiatives.
Budgeting, Planning and Roll out of GI & HI and other TPP Targets for all Business Channels.
Ensuring 100 % renewals of GI and HI of existing business.
Drive GI & HI Business Targets across all Business Channels working jointly with Business stakeholders.
Identifying and building new Partnerships / Alliances / Relationships for Third Party Product Opportunities. Managing & nurturing relationships with all Existing Partners across TPP.
Constantly identifying new segments, opportunities within the Bank across all Business Channels to cross sell / upsell third party products and services to Customers.
Focus on Digital Initiatives and own Customer Experience for efficient and smooth delivery of Third-Party Products and Services to all our customers.
Ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely statutory reporting as per requirements of RBI and IRDA.
Conceptualize and roll out timely RnR programs and campaigns for Business working closely with Partners and internal stakeholders.
Support Business through Sales Pitch, New Product Training, Refresher training, Joint Customer Calls, Marketing, Collateral support, Query / Complaint handling etc working closely with Partners and internal stakeholders.
Ensure Smooth end to end Process Flow for all GI & HI and other TPP Products and Services.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
Preferably an MBA from a reputed college.
RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 -14 years of experience in handling GI & HI or Third Party Products in a Bank or Working in an Insurance Company handling Product or Sales.
Strong domain knowledge and understanding of General and Health Insurance Products and services.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Strong Communication, Presentation & Analytical skills
Team Player, Self- driven with the ability to work cross - functionally and get the work done.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements across Regulators
Well networked in the industry
Good understanding of Digital, Technology and system requirements.
