We are recruiting - Product Head - for a renowned NBFC company having Headquarter in Mumbai.

Position: Product Head.

Location: Mumbai.

Company: An NBFC company dealing in Mortgage products & Lending Business Loans to SMEs.

Education: Chartered Accountant.

Package: 15 Lacs per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage new product development by writing product policies, budgets & overseeing implementation.

- Create & enforce Process to decrease lead time & reduce error rates.

- Manage Training and development of new relationship manager and others associated with Business Loans.

- Manage and automate various performance reports and monitoring triggers.

- Manage the review of Business Loan products.

- Monitor and maintain the portfolio.

- Conduct and oversee quality and work audits
