- Drive organizational performance toward achievement of revenue targets for commodity and equity; thoroughly analyse all aspects influencing the processes.

- Regularly monitor and analyze client's feedback on product portfolio and customer service.

- Work collaboratively with the Commodity and Equity Research Team to create products with great market potential; thus, meeting client's preference and ensuring customer's satisfaction

- Competition study and feedback on product enhancement.

- Apply a strategic approach in properly managing budgetary and manpower-related resources.
