- Handling digital account opening journeys and equity platform in association with partners ( Brokerage) Overall Job Description

- Responsible for managing partnership with the brokerage houses & their on-boarding in association with Bank on digital and branch led acquisition model

- Responsible of overall P&L (brokerage business- Indian Residents and NR Broking)

- Digital Broking Experience (Onboarding, Sales, Program)

- New launches of equity products in association with brokerage partners

- Responsible for growth in brokerage revenue & CASA, Business and delivery of numbers basis the defined metrics

- Keeping the Management updated on product performance, market benchmarking and Industry best practices

- Devise national level campaigns & drives, in the view of mid-term and long term strategy

- Strategy formulation for ensuring CASA & revenue growth through product mix and quality of business

- New Initiatives/Products & Processes in collaboration with brokerage Partnerships to enable business across geography and channels

- Roll out contest, campaigns, R&R to create exciting customer and employee value propositions - Keeping the management updated on compliance related to brokerage business and ensure adherence at Bank level Business Development & Operational Excellence

- Support and coach Investment team on their deliverables

- Provide Investment team/geography/channels with business performance and key metric dashboards

- Engage with Channels to develop specific Channel/Segment strategies and facilitate cross sell/bundling of CASA acquisition drive, activation and brokerage revenue

- Engage with brokerage partners for training, manpower support, products, technology, recognition, revenues, cross sell and analytics and operations

- Ensure engagement with operations team and branches to ensure seamless process delivery - Handling KYC based journeys and digital initiatives, it includes business launches on digital platform as well
