Product Head - BFSI/Financial Markets

A leading software solution provider company for financial markets.

Designation: Product Head

- Product managers are accountable to executive management for overall product direction, key decisions, product budget (and even the complete product P&L, ensuring that final product meets specifications, and evangelizing product to internal and external stakeholders.

- Product managers also have accountability to users for feature sets, navigation, quality, and overall experience.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Majorly responsible for ideation in Product Life Cycle.

- Research on latest trends in the market

- Build product roadmap of newer additions.

- Review customizations to identify additions which can form a part of product roadmap and thereafter interact with client to understand requirements for such customizations

- Macro level involvement in actual development process.

- Evaluate and verify the FSD preparation and execution done by the BA (Product).

- Verify Test cases

- Evaluate the Business Impact Analysis (Functional and Tools & Technology) done by the BA.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

- Bachelors in engineering (desired) , MBA ( Finance)/ CFA/CA {Desired}

- Functional Domain Knowledge

- Risk taking ability

- Innovator

- Excellent written and oral communicator and sound teaming skills

- NSE certifications would be an advantage

Experience: 15-20 years. Previous industry experience in BFSI domain of at-least 6-8 years.
