Principal / Manufacturers Relationship:

- Creating and maintaining relationships with Sr. management of manufacturers / Principals.

- Maintaining regular contact with the existing Principals and develop new principal contacts.

- Working with them closely to develop various products for the Company

Sales:

- Analyzing business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.

- Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.

- Accountable for Superior Customer Services delivery/support, process adherence, and product training to maintain and strong client relationship

Marketing Activities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies in order to assure the best value to our existing and new customer.

- Planning as per the Market & competitive trend to achieve targets.

Team Management (Indirect):

- Guide, train and support team of Sales Managers at branch on pan India level ensuring targets are met.

- Guiding & Leading the Branch Managers in understanding deliverable as per local flavor and thereby identifying positions which would help in effective achievement of targets

Credit & Operations Management:

- Ensure functional knowledge of Sales, Product, Recovery & Credit

Technical / Managerial Competencies Required:

- This position is responsible to identify the Packaging Machine Suppliers which can be taken up by the Company, having tie-ups with them, building a relationship ,generating leads, setting goals in this segment & achieving them. Will have to develop a business plan and drive this business across India. Overdue Management.

- Specialized Knowledge of Product Management in NBFC / Banking industry / Packaging Industry
