As Product Growth Manager, you will work directly with strategic outside partners and cross-functional teams to craft delightful experiences that enable our customers to use our digital products.
Responsibility -
- Determine the best tactical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules
- Lead the end-to-end success of projects from requirements definition through design, creatives, development, launch and post-launch analysis
- Identify new growth opportunities via quantitative research, UX studies and reviews of industry standard methodologies
- Proven ability for simplifying the complex, knowing how to derive 80% of the value with 20% of the effort
- Lead our performance marketing initiative to ensure high growth trajectory with tight control on ROAS
Ideal candidate should have:
- 4+ years of full stack marketing experience with core expertise in digital channels
- Demonstrated experience of developing products from concept to launch
- Empathy for high-quality and user-centered design
- Experience with selling and scaling consumer/fashion products
- Data driven and non-linear thinker
- Strong bias for action to execute in real-time
- Super-fast learner
- Strong analytical abilities
- Methodical with ability to work with little or no direction
- Above par communications skills to work with a diverse team of engineers, designers, specialists and end-users
