We're currently seeking a Product Growth Manager for a client, they specialize in providing swift and secure gold loans at competitive interest rates, conveniently delivered to customers' doorsteps through partnerships with top banks in India.
Responsibilities:
- Own end to end process and product improvement metrics, and benchmark repeat customer percentage within and cross industry for improving repeat customer percentage.
- Must have analyzed large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Be able to perform detailed product analysis, which covers the product management funnel with all its aspects.
- Aligned to data driven decision making for different business functions, which might improve Customer Repeat, Retention, and overall Sales.
- Must have built cross functional knowledge in Analytical Marketing, Hypothesis Testing, Sales Forecasting etc.
- Implement behavioral psychology methods into the buying funnel to improve conversions and boost new sale of Gold Loans.
- Own various aspects of customer engagement, such as channel, communication, language, frequency etc.
- Cooperate with marketing and leadership team members to ensure quick implementation of product growth plans.
- Must have interacted with the highest decision-making stakeholders and presented the findings to enable informed decision making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Product Growth or Analytics Management.
- 3-7 years' experience.
- Some experience in the fintech industry or a related field.
