- Computer Engineering Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institute, with 18-20 years of experience in developing/launching scalable software products.
- 10+ years in a technical management role with at least 5+ years' experience leading product teams with 50+ engineers.
- Proven track record of technical excellence, grassroots innovation, and leadership abilities with a strategic mind.
- Excellent project management skills using agile methodologies within a large team environment.
- Proven track record developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers and engineering managers towards delivering timely, high-quality software.
- Managing multi locational team and partners.
The Incumbent will drive the product engineering team to design, develop and deliver high-quality software products which exceed customer expectations. The incumbent will be responsible for overall reliability, efficiency, and operability of product by continuously improving the product engineering processes and practices.
