Product Engineer/Senior Product Engineer - Finacle - Bank

- Design, implement and deliver high quality applications in accordance with the agreed scope, cost and timeline.

- Understand a product's functionalities and its users.

- Analyze business requirements.

- Able to distil information into high-level understanding in order to build great products.

- Aware of technical and resource constraints of a product.

- Alert to technical opportunities that can improve a product.

- Size engineering effort based on functional and non-functional requirements.

- Able to work cross-functionally with designers, solution architects, product owners, data scientists, and business.

- Strong project execution with a pragmatic focus on Return on Investments (ROI).

Skills Required:
 
Technical :

- Good understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers

- Finacle customization flow understanding (New custom menu, Reports - MRT & Jasper, Batch job, Product menu customization, FI, EOD-BOD process and debugging)

- Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) related to Finacle application

- Experience in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting and Report designing

- Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements to the same

Functional :

- Finacle Retail Assets Specific Functional Knowledge

- Finacle Core Banking Functional Knowledge

- Good understanding of Banking domain and terminologies used.

- Finacle certification from Infosys will be added advantage

- Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM)

- Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
