About The Role
We're looking for an exceptional leader that drives product-driven solutions from a scalable and sustainable point of view. Through this strategic role, you will help Nova Benefits accelerate its goals in product space. You will also be accountable for building, coaching and mentoring a high-rigour team. You will lead product solutions in close collaboration with Engineering, Design and Sales Teams.
Core Responsibilities :
You will lead a team focussed on ideating, framing, building and launching product solutions that are scalable and sustainable. This is including but not limited to authoring road map, use-cases, user stories, and epics
You will do recurring market analyses to assess product thriving opportunities and preempt competitions through a business case analysis lens
You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as co-founders, Engineering lead, Design lead, Sales lead, Growth lead, and Client leads to release user-focussed features
You will be setting up processes to review PRDs, address technical backlogs, help the team prioritize feature releases, thereby maximizing output and improving the end-user experience
You will be responsible for your team to act as the end-user voice by driving BAUs such as analytics, beta testing, usability research
You will be responsible for growing and coaching the product team to improve their market awareness, technology and competitive trends.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Background & Expertise:
Experience designing and managing customer-centric UI/UX processes and apps in B2B space
Proven record in making sound trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
Experience in leading a team of 15+ product managers, designers, & engineers
A Computer Science degree or professional experience as a software engineer and/or MBA is a plus
