Product Development Specialist/Instructional Designer/Curriculum Content Development Mumbai/Pune

Salary : Upto 36 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Curriculum/Product/Content Design and Review for the Courses in Finance.

- Building and reviewing lesson plans for learners across different syllabi and demographics.

- R&D on LMS, instructional methods and learning theories.

- Develop new ideas to showcase value and iterate quickly as in an incubator.

- Generating rich formative assessment.

- Curating/developing and reviewing learning content documented as research, scripts, presentations, etc.

- Product pricing.

- Hiring, mentoring, and management of content developers on implementation of curriculum and product frameworks.

- Strengthen the pedagogical impact of our compelling course content by working on content formats and flow.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Prior experience of at least 10 years in developing content/curriculum for professional courses in Finance.

Good to have:

- Prior experience in film/animation/game/app design in education.

- Skills in data analysis & associated tools.

- Competence in visual communication design.

- Exposure to incorporate subject matter expertise

Qualification: Has to be in finance (MBA, CA,ACCA, CPA, CMA etc)
