Job Description -
- Building product features, driving product to market which includes working with marketing, sales, business development, finance teams, and managing product delivery.
- Leading new Product Development and Product Launch for Online Travel Agency/Meta Search for B2C & B2B domains through the implementation of effective product strategies.
- Developed strategy and road-map for next generation of mobile/web product which includes product ideation, feature rollouts, user onboarding, testing, and user feedback analysis.
- Managing product and web-operation teams to develop highly competitive products with great user experience. Managing complete order lifecycle, customer engagement, and optimizing conversion rate across website.
- Optimizing key revenue drivers, metrics for product, and ensuring improvement in P&L. Conducting user research, analysing industry trends, competition to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinating with Alliances team to partner with leading industry brands. Establishing and nurturing relationship with external technology/product partners.
- Formulated new business initiative, partnered with business and operation teams to develop business goals, and translated them into short and long term product roadmaps.
- Worked closely with technology team in agile environment to launch products on Android and web platforms.
- Lead development of product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis. Identified threats and opportunities, and made actionable recommendations to drive market leadership.
- Analyse user grievance data and gaps in services to increase customer satisfaction. Improved operational systems, information flow, business process, and prioritized between customer experience and performance.
- Liaised with business heads and cross-functional teams to formulate innovation engine, and identified scope of innovation across businesses.
