About the Company

Planet Explorer will create experiential learning for students beyond their classrooms, mainly targeting IB and international schools. We want to provide unique experiences that complement the school curriculum in the field of history, natural history, environment studies, etc. and hope that travelling on our programs the students will develop a stronger understanding of the world around them, deepen their cultural aspirations, widen their awareness of perspectives other than their own, and of course, all of this with enough fun quotient.

Job Responsibilities :

- Assisting the Key Decision Maker in Product Development by creating unique programs based on the pre-decided principles and fundamentals of Education Travel programs

- Marketing and overall administration of travel programs and campaigns for sale through all channels

- Working closely with international suppliers and marketing department to ensure price integrity, accuracy and product offerings for various channels.

- Coordinating with marketing team to ensure effective roll out of travel product and promotions including sourcing product and liaison with suppliers to ensure accuracy of product offerings.

- Liaise with operations department to ensure effective roll out of travel products and campaigns to front line.

- Identifying relevant travel products and services that add revenue to the organization and value to our members/customers under the influence of market trends and direction of the Key Decision Maker.

- Provide support for product inquiries and assistance to operations team.

Desired Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have the following work experience:

- Minimum 5 years in International Education Travel.

- In-depth knowledge of travel products and destinations

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Detail oriented in order to ensure accuracy

- Ability to multi-task and manage projects through to completion under compressed timelines

- Should be a Graduate or diploma holder in the field of travel
