Product Development Manager

We are currently working on a job assignment where in we are looking for someone who can look upto the following :

Likely who are into hair colour formulation with experience of 7-8 yrs and are into research and innovation

Key Deliverables of the Role :

- Championing hair color technology development across global markets- South Asia, EM-SEANS, MENA

- Leading technology innovations in the hair color category

- Competition and patent tracking, in order to bring in insights and present a business case for innovations

- Lead NPDs end to end from the ideation to implementation stage. Be the technical project leader in the organization

- Develop product strategy for design and reapply markets

- Collaborate with Consumer Technical Insights team to mine insights into product design

- Champion value management initiatives

- Collaborate and develop projects with other national/international labs: generate program scope and run programs successfully

- Represent RnD in internal and external forums

- Publish research articles in scientific journals, generate IPR
