Position Summary:
Lead product development initiatives of leading FMCD brand.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
1. Develop and own the 2 year product road map.
2. Must have seen atleast 2-3 launches of products conceived domestically with strong hold on process.
2. Adherence to gate milestones
3. Finalise product claims and ratification of all claims
4. Business case delivery of all new products
5. Maintain healthy contribution of new products to overall sales
Desired characteristics:
1. Experience in new product development of consumer durables ( electronics product line a must)
2. Experience in consumer marketing
3. Possessing positive attitude, agility, analytical, logical and inter-personal skills
Qualifications:
BE, MBA with atleast 4-5 years of experience in new product development
