Product : Breakthrough Blended Personalized Learning Platform

- Today, children must become skilled thinkers and problem solvers to engage in the 21st century economy. However, the schooling system today continues to focus rigidly on memorization rather than on nourishing intellectual creativity.

- XSEED is developing a comprehensive online learning platform using its highly refined understanding of the problem-solving approach.

- Utilizing gaming and analytics technologies, it is building an adaptive problem solving application where children can experiment with problems in their own way and at their own pace, while generating insightful data and feedback for themselves and their teachers.

Role : Product Development Manager

As product development manager would be to drive from concept stage to launch, different parts of the XSEED technology product suite - spanning mobile and web platforms.

The role is highly hands-on and involves :

- Develop product specs by driving deep insights on how children and teachers use technology

- Create a high-fidelity prototypes by working closely with UI/UX designers & Art Directors to

- Create product delivery roadmap and process by working closely with the engineering team

- Deploy product with users and resolve delivery bottlenecks

Profile: High Intellect, User-Obsession, Action Bias, Mobile App Experience

- You will need to have experience building technology products (front-end or back-end) and relevant product management exposure on at least one product that has seen real users.

- Relevant product management experience in scaled services startups with strong product focus alongside prior experience in hands on front-end product design (UI/UX) of consumer mobile applications would be considered an ideal mix

- Strong action bias, deep understanding of technology stack (web & mobile), user centricity, and strong aesthetic sense would be considered essential for success. A strong engineering/technology background with business acumen is essential.
