Role requirement:
Demonstrate proven experience and deep insights on customer purchase trends coupled with market intelligence across lifestyle categories. Leverage internal Org data as well as garner industry insights through consumer researches to build relevant supply selection for the brand.
Innovate to develop differentiated products across data-defined cost/feature trade-off frameworks that will not just deliver superior customer experience but also maximize business metrics, sales and margins.
Work with design team to define product specifications, test prototypes and then launch products collaborating with internal and external stakeholders within tight take-to-market timelines.
Develop/enhance understanding of manufacturing costs for the various products and then coordinate with Sourcing Ops to define supply chain efficiencies, cost rationalizations and seller performance metrics.
Provide leadership direction towards launch plans through relevant inputs on market size, pricing, sourcing, sampling, branding, package designing and various other launch specific milestones.
Evangelize product acceptance and be a true custodian of the customer experience for launched products.
Qualifications:
6-9 years experience at a senior level with hand-on experience at designing, developing and launching products in either fashion eCommerce or offline retail.
Bachelor's degree is required. NIFT/NID Degree coupled with business management degree is preferred
Strong customer orientation and business judgment with a proven track record of analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a high bias for action and passionate drive to win.
Analytical bent of mind with inclination towards data-driven decision-making and metrics-driven disposition.
Strong ethics and ability to uphold values/ code of conduct in all engagements
