Product Development Lead - Broking House

Key Responsibilities:

- Play Product lead role to develop Trading App on Mobile, Web and Desktop

- Integrate Trading App with various Back Office, Payment Gateway, 3rd party product and Middleware

- Coordinate between in-house development team and vendors for business development team

- Create BRS and FSD, run thro' product demo and post sign off move it application to Production

- Coordinate with testing team and vendor for Functional testing

- Create Product roadmap and develop using in-house / vendor development team

- Incorporate CR to enhance the product functionalities

- Incorporate regulatory changes in time bound manner

- Create business analyst team to handle end user requirement.

- Work with all the stakeholders to understand the pain areas and needs. Identify opportunities to address pain points and provide seamless experience for end users.

- Capable of working with tight deadlines

- Understanding in working with third party APIs

- 15+ Years' experience ideally in core agile development environment

- Closely work with Business team and other stakeholders to communicate the requirements and develop features.

- Accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, and the success or failure of the project.

- Perform quality assurance; make sure the newly developed solutions are working as per the acceptance criteria.

- Support production issues. Perform RCA and identify solutions for customer complaints and issues.

- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve and deliver highest value to the customer.

- Research and come up with Innovative ideas to improve the application and customer experience.

- Competition landscape tracking. Analyse leading market players and competitors to gain insights and implement innovative solutions to gain competitive advantage over other apps.

- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or similar project management tools (Good to have).

Qualification:

- BE/B-Tech/MBA or relevant degrees

- 12+ years of experience

- Knowledge of BFSI domain (Capital Markets / Cash / F&O / Commodity / Currency / IPO / Mutual Funds etc.)
