Job Description

Position: Associate, Product Development

Reports to: Director, Product Development

Location: Mumbai

Nature of Position: Work from home with periodic meetings with the team

Profile and Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for designing developmental product curricula and user guides in close coordination with Director - Product Development

2. Responsible to develop content for the company website in close coordination with Director - Product Development

3. Will be required to assist in procuring toys and play material for the final product

4. Will be required to survey markets for toy and play material available

5. Assist in assembling the final product

6. Will need to meet different stakeholders for product assessment

7. Support with parent workshops

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Graduate/ Masters in Child Development or Human Development OR Graduate in Child Psychology OR relevant degree in ECCE (early childhood care and education) or an equivalent degree

2. Experience in working with children 0 – 6 years

3. Experience in developing curricula for age group 0 – 6 years

4. Must have a good understanding of how children develop and learn

5. Excellent skills in writing in English

6. Proficiency in working online and in net surfing
