Product Designer - UI/UX

Position Name - Product Designer

Location - Bangalore

Experience Range - 3 - 8 Years

Mandatory Requirement:

1) 3+ years of experience in a - UX/Product Designer role

2) Prior experience in designing responsive mobile Apps and Web Apps

3) Experience in using tools such as Adobe Suite, InVision, Sketch, Figma (indicative, not exhaustive)

Job Role and Responsibilities :

- Leverage user research to influence stakeholders and improve product designs and strategy

- Partner with Product Management, and Engineering to drive features from research to implementation and roadmap capabilities for UX features

- Document storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps based on user research

- Build Wireframes and Prototypes based on the requirements

- Carry out Usability Testing and capture the metrics to take objective decisions

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

- Experience in carrying out usability study/testing and familiar with usability metrics

- Experience in FMCG/Internet/E-Commerce is preferred
