Product Designer - IT

Responsibilities:

- As the lead product designer, you'll be heading the product design team and work closely with engineers, and product managers to design experiences that meet the needs of our users.

- You'll be involved in guiding and mentoring the designers through best practices to create great experiences for our users.

- Manage the team by assigning tasks and ensuring that the work is completed on time without compromising quality.

- Create a culture of belonging, wellness, and career growth for the product design team.

- Brainstorm with the Product Team on solving complex problems and ease the experience of our users.

- You'll also be required to be hands-on and work on design projects and take full ownership of them.

- Take charge of hiring and building the product design team.

Requirement :

- 3+ years of relevant experience in design, preferably from within mature product development organizations.

- Experience across all phases of the product design process.

- Involved in designing experiences for mobile and web applications.

- Well-versed in the latest product design tools.

- Ability to articulate and communicate design decisions effectively to the stakeholders.

- Ability to craft aesthetically pleasing visual designs.

- A high-quality portfolio that shows a breadth of design disciplines.

- Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and inVision or similar prototyping tools.

- User-centric approach to design and implement research-based insights into the design and development of the product experience.
