Product Designer - EdUTech

We are looking for motivated and forward-thinking designers for web, native/hybrid mobile app for ed tech platform

1. 6-8 years of product design experience specially from product base start up

2. Extensive experience in designing for web, native/hybrid mobile.

3. Experience with UX design for complex workflows for end users.

4. Portfolio demonstrating visual and UX design experience of 7 years or more.

5. Ability to create lightweight prototypes to test ideas.

6. Fluency in best practices for web design, as well as knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

7. Experience performing user research and understanding customers.

8. Proficiency in Figma/ Sketch and an integrated prototyping tool such as Flinto/ Protopie or similar.

9. Experience producing production specs/assets and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.

10. Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a

The Role :

1. Drive product design for new EdTech apps and services.

2. Work with a team of motivated and forward-thinking designers.

3. Work with product teams to understand the "big picture" of user goals and product requirements.

4. Work directly with other designers to envision and iterate on concepts.

5. Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the broader GL team.

6. Compile research and create user flows.

7. Design mock-ups and high-fidelity user interfaces.

8. Work with engineers to see your designs come to life.

9. Manage a small team of motivated designers.

10. Have a good time with people in and after office.
