Product Design & Development- NPD

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

Will be responsible for Market Study and Analysis regarding consumer preferences and new product in market :

- Visiting dealership, tradeshow, design events for competition study and new product launches.

- Analysing Customer preferences through survey.

Will be responsible for Product Styling :

- Styling and Graphics of the entire product range

- Suggesting Decal Graphics and Logo designing

- Suggesting Frame colour

- Suggesting Material Finishes

Will be responsible for Product Development :

- New Product development and Supporting in Product launch within time frame

- Up gradation of existing products as per marketing mandate

- Analysing Sales generated with the new product Launched

Will be responsible for Innovations and Suggesting new product line :

- Suggesting new product line for future markets and customer expectations

- Ideating new features, accessories.

- Presentation on the Market expectation and Design language for our products

Will be responsible for Product Feedback Capturing for new product launched :

- Ensuring a process to capture feedback from Dealer and customer for product launched

- Consumer profiling for our product range

Will be responsible for Raising technical concerns in products :

- Identifying and suggesting technical concerns for improvement of products

Will be responsible Developing training programs for Dealer and Internal Employees :

- Identifying Knowledge gap and designing specialized training programs and delivering training for knowledge development and skill development.

- Study of product design and create template for improvised product-service/consumer interaction

Will be Supporting other departments in various functions :

- Coordinating with Marketing and Sales Team for New product Information

- Coordinating with Technical team for new and existing products

- Coordinating with Marketing Team for New Product Testing and Competitor Analysis
