Product Delivery Head/Azure Solution Expert - BPO/IT

Position: Director Head of Delivery

Job Purpose to make the Product deliveries on time, meeting quality standards, making architecture scalable & robust.Provide estimates for app delivery including features, devices, platforms, and deployment approaches.

Experience : 15+ years

Location: Bangalore,

Provide leadership, ownership, and accountability for the Application / product Delivery function ensuring that operating model is implemented and continually improved upon.

Mentorship: Actively coach and grow direct reports. Advance people's careers and help them achieve career goals. Grow staff into managers or principle level ICs. Practice career coaching and provide constructive, critical feedback to reports.

Ideal candidate will possess:

- 17+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with preference for candidates with a mix of Product delivery experience with large-company experience, including 4+ years running high performance teams.

- You have managed and grown teams of 75+ people.

- Providing technical and architectural leadership for Microsoft .NET applications (Web, Desktop, Mobile), Azure, Kubernetes, dockers, cosmos db, MS power apps.

- You have experience running teams in an Agile or Scrum environment. Proven experience building consumer-facing web and mobile software solutions at scale. Experience rapid prototyping

- Expertise in back-end, full-stack, and domain-driven development including object-oriented programming and large systems design

- Providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes, applied research and development, prototyping, and vendor evaluations.

- Experience with high-growth environments at scale

Educational Qualification and Experience Required

- Masters degree in computer science is required

- Azure solutions architect expert certification from Microsoft is required.

- 17+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with preference for candidates with a mix of Product delivery experience with large-company experience, including 4+ years running high performance teams.
