Role:

- Understand the CFO and Finance strategy and lead engagement

- Promote and lead the - One Finance Culture

- Optimize Operational Excellence to drive process redesign and realize efficiency across the Finance platform

- Demonstrate commitment to developing strong talent in the organization; engage and promote all employee engagement events.

- An innovator and Change catalyst to drive efficiency and Operational excellence

- Manage team projects; direct group effort and day-to-day team activities.

- Challenge processes to ensure work is completed efficiently

- Understand and advise on business strategies, resource management and organizational design

- 18+ years of Banking and Financial Services experience and held a finance leadership position in an international environment with extensive knowledge of working in a Global Markets Finance environment

- Deep understanding of related processes and controls, e.g. product control/Valuation Control

- A qualified Financial Professional with professional degree like CA / MBA from a reputed Top Tier institute

- The individual should have a proven track record of working and experience of managing large teams and possess a comprehensive expertise in strategic planning for flawless delivery.

- Strong people management skills, including the ability to resolve people issues and motivate the team to deliver

- Line experience coupled with a demonstrated ability to lead technology based change.
