Product Consultant - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Opportunity

At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

Our client, a top-tier consulting firm is engaged in an extensive digital transformation exercise and they are looking for independent consultants to work with the bank to create product designs, plans, and user journeys.

Below summarizes the responsibilities of the consultant :

- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

- Ability to work closely with Product owner to handle backlogs and new requests

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

- Coach team members in Agile frameworks

- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards

An ideal candidate would have :

- 5 to 15 years of experience, working in a product management/planning role focused on digital transformation for banking/financial services companies

- Have past experience working in agile and scrum environment

- MBA from a top tier institute is mandatory

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12-month contract. The consultant will be required to work on-site at Mumbai location.
