Job Title : Product Manager (New Generation Insulin)

Package : Upto 26 LPA (Including 10 % Variable)

Location: Bengaluru , KA (Open to candidates willing to relocate)

Qualification : MBA's from T1 or T2 universities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to meet brand objectives and customer needs.

- Prepare annual/cyclic action plans to align with business goals.

- Design innovative marketing campaigns to support sales team targets.

- Collaborate with external agencies for brand initiatives.

- Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support the sales team through field visits.

- Launch new products in line with local strategy and regional approval.

- Uphold ethical standards, company procedures, and management principles.
