Job Description - As a product manager you will report to Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

1) Leading a team of 5 category managers Strategy, planning and implementation for all brands and products

2) Developing new products and strengthening the current product portfolio

3) Managing relationships with key accounts, opinion leaders

4) Executing promotional/communication plans across all ATL/BTL activities

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA from a Tier I B-School. You should have at least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. You should have very good experience in new product development and should have a thorough understanding of consumers. Further, you have a dynamic personality and have exceptional communication skills.
