As a product analytics manager, you are :
1. Leading a dynamic team providing high impact analytical solutions across business functions including marketing, product, customer experience, etc. for large retailers based in US
2. Work closely with stakeholders to design experiments & define KPIs for various stages of the product lifecycle
3. Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong product orientation and an affinity for data and analytics
Roles & Responsibilities:
4. Overseeing the understanding, market validation, development and marketing for products, point solutions and accelerators
5. Develop and launch new products while enhancing the existing products on a timely basis
6. Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across all products/product lines
7. Assess product development and enhancement opportunities
8. Own end to end process in evaluating A/B or multivariate tests to improve learning; proactively uncover opportunities and recommend new features for test and learn; evaluate and apply alternative methods to supplement randomized testing
9. Lead initiatives ranging from ad-hoc deep dives and root cause analysis
10. Track results, provide insights and make recommendations to improve customer experience and ensure the realization of intended outcomes
11. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills with a proven track record of successfully managing direct reports, leading analytical teams
12. Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills
13. Guide and mentor a group of team members on day to day delivery
