The Product Team at Tata 1mg is at the heart of innovation. As part of this dynamic group, you will help shape the future of digital healthcare by developing and delivering tech-enabled, user-first solutions that impact millions of lives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape

- Gather and analyze intelligence on products, features, and customer journeys to support product development

- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Strategy teams to define and refine the product roadmap

- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis on product features, enhancements, and rollouts

- Leverage product usage data to identify user pain points and recommend actionable improvements

- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to validate product hypotheses and measure impact

- Own end-to-end analytics for a specific product pod

- Continuously enhance best practices in product tracking, analysis, and optimization

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 2-4 years of experience in product analytics for digital products (Web/App); online retail or e-commerce experience is essential

- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau (working knowledge of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Metabase is a plus)

- Experience in capturing and analyzing clickstream data and event instrumentation (screens, goals, funnels, etc.)

- Strong understanding of user engagement and retention metrics

- Ability to derive insights from data and communicate recommendations effectively through reports and presentations
