Responsibilities:

NLP Integration and News Curation:

- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Analytics Pods to integrate advanced NLP techniques for fine-tuning news content, ensuring objectivity and relevance in news curation.

Web Interface Design for News Consumption:

- Work closely with Product Designers to curate web interfaces that enhance news consumption experiences, leveraging data insights and user feedback to optimize interfaces for researchability and engagement.

Audience Campaigns and Habit Formation:

- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to design audience campaigns and habit-forming features that encourage regular engagement and promote informed news consumption habits.

Data-Driven Product Development:

- Leverage data analytics and user research to drive data-driven product development, identifying opportunities to enhance user experiences and drive product growth.

Product Roadmapping for News Features:

- Assist in product roadmap planning, prioritizing news-related features that enhance the researchability and actionability of news content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and data analysts to drive product development and delivery of news-related features.

A/B Testing and Experimentation for News Features:

- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize news-related features for user engagement and researchability.

Product Leadership in News Development:

- Lead a team of 2+ individuals in the development of news-related features, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

News Media Experience:

- A self-driven individual with 4+ yrs hands-on exp in product analysis or related roles, preferably with a focus on news media or content-related products.

- Proven track record of at least 4 years

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Journalism, or a related field.
