Job Description :
- Negotiate and liaise between business teams, technology teams, and support teams.
- Work with users and stakeholders to analyze and validate requirements.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for business / enabling functions. Convert & realize business requirements into measurable outcomes.
- Prioritize requirements in consultation with various stakeholders
- Work with internal/external partners/vendors to explore and integrate new capabilities.
- 6 - 12 years experience working with digital products, preferably in the internal automation of an organization.
- Experience in implementing technology solutions for internal processes - finance, HR, Administration, etc.
- Ability to manage and execute large-scale change programs that are transformational both from a business and technical requirement expectation.
What will you do :
- Requirement Modelling and analysis, outlining problems.
- Creating detailed business & system requirements documents.
- Opportunities and solutions for business / enabling functions.
- Work with development teams communicating the requirements to the development team
- Will be responsible for undertaking User acceptance training
- Work with stakeholders and teams for platform rollout.
Startup Experience is preferred.
