Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

- We are looking for a smart and data-driven Business Analyst. They would be responsible for product research, implementation and operations.

- The Analyst would be responsible for tracking and improving the efficiency of the product through various means. This would include analysing data, evaluate new opportunities, conduct research and work with the relevant teams on getting it implemented.

- The right candidate would also have experience in working with Engineers in implementing solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Research the business process to identify new opportunities

2. Define and refine processes to ensure smooth execution

3. Track performance KPIs and provide insights to all stakeholders

4. Identify defects and areas of improvement

5. Interact with the technology teams for new development and error rectification

6. Analyze growth areas and work on building incremental solutions

7. Interact with relevant teams for correct data inputs into the processes

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience working in a Product team

2. Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment is a plus

3. Exposure to Robotic Automation (RPA) processes is a plus

4. Exposure to BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI is desirable

5. Ability to work across geographies and time zones

6. Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication

7. Ability to work with different teams like Ops, Engineering, Customer Support, etc.

8. Highly motivated and result-oriented

9. Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
