We are hiring for Product Analyst role for Product based company based in Gurgaon. Experience: - Top-bracket performer in the current organization, consistently exceeding expectations - Min 3 years of experience in product analytics/Data Analytics within the product management team of a consumer internet startup Key Responsibilities: - Impact Analysis: Working closely with product managers to define success metrics for new product launches, measure the impact post launch, and analyse data to generate insights for further improvements - Automation & Dashboarding: Create automated dashboards for key product metrics such as conversion funnels, repeat cohorts, retention, customer purchase cycles etc. - Data Analysis: Extremely comfortable in handling large data sets, can effectively analyze data to draw actionable insights, identifying new opportunities and decision making. Understanding of statistical models or experience of working on machine learning products is a plus - Web/App Analytics: Hands-on with web analytics using google analytics. - Data Warehousing: Be the custodian of the data warehouse and work with the tech team to continuously update/optimise it. Define & capture events and parameters across all platforms. - A/B testing: Experience in setting up, running and analysing A/B tests - both client and server side - using tools such as google optimise/Firebase remote config or similar - Problem solving: Excited to work on complex data problems around optimising vehicle utilisation demand based dynamic pricing and driver behaviour monitoring using billions of data points. - Collaboration: Effectively work and lead cross functional teams to meet business & product objectives. Work closely with engineering, marketing, business & operations teams. Tools & Skills: Must Know - Google Analytics - MS-SQL - Advanced Excel - Firebase - BI Tools Such as Tableau or similar - Big Query/Redshift or similar - Languages such as R/Python or similar - Statistical Models such as Regression/Clustering/Classification etc. Good to Know - Google Tag Manager - A/B testing tools such as VWO/Optimizely/Google Optimize/ Adobe Target etc. - CRM tool such as Clever tap/Netcore etc - MongoDB - Google Adwords/FB Business Manager/Webmaster/Search Console Mindsets: - Hands-on approach, control on performance metrics at granular level - Bias for reducing complicated and unstructured answers into simple and structured decisions - Working collaboratively with other teams; attitude of - helping others succeed- - Bias for solving problems through processes and technology - Highly motivated self starter with extreme levels of ownership - Extreme customer focus - Comfortable operating in fast paced & ambiguous environment
